The Research Team project ACT21008 on Computational Mathematics for Desalination Processes, a three-year project financed by ANID (Chile), is offering one postdoctoral position at Universidad del Bío-Bío (UBB), Universidad de Concepción (UdeC) and Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción (UCSC).
The project seeks to contribute to the numerical and computational study of mathematical models describing dierent processes of seawater desalination with particular emphasis on uid-membrane interaction. The numerical methods to
be employed are Primal and Mixed Finite Element Methods, Discontinuous Galerkin and Hybridizable Discontinuous Galerkin methods, and Virtual Element Methods.
